About Thailand (Phuket / Patong / Karon / Kata / Rawai / Chalong…)
A s you may well already know, Patong is voted in the top five best holiday destinations in the world. Phuket is approximately 800Km from Bangkok on the west cost of Thailand 's Andaman's sea. It has an extremely tropical climate ranging from 23 to 33 degrees + all year round. It does however have a monsoon season, this is in the months between May to September. After the disastrous Tsunami 2004 experience, the beach front and luxury hotels have all been remodeled and fitted out to the highest of standards for westerners. Apart from that there has been many interest for buy to rent properties some reaching a 30 % + yield revenue return. In central London now days you would be lucky to get a 5 % return. This is why the developers have moved into Thailand ( Asia ) as opposed to Spains Marbella which had a capital growth around 5 years ago but not any more with a lot of home owners with negative equity now. Now day's investment developers are looking to Asia as a positive Investment opportunity.

Phuket properties have been on a rise since after the Tsunami. Many new guest houses as a investment business to Privately built outstanding spectacular Villas for owner occupancy.

Phuket in undoubtedly the place to be RIGHT now. It has a new shopping complex being built in Patong and numerous entertainment spots. Every restaurant imaginable but room for more.
